Cambridge sets up two check points to reach the next lever for the learners both in the primary level and the lower secondary level

Cambridge Primary Check Point

To assess the learners at the end of Cambridge primary Cambridge Primary Check point tests have been designed. These are conducted to assess the learner’s strengths and weaknesses in various subjects such as English, Mathematics. English as a second language, Science and Cambridge Global Perspectives.

Each learner receives a statement of achievement and a diagnostic feedback report, which provides the schools with detailed report on the students and parents extra trust from the reports they receive. Various reports such as Lerner’s report, Teaching group report, School report and End of series report are issued.

Cambridge Lower Secondary Check Point

To assess the learners at the end of Cambridge Lower Secondary Level  Cambridge Lower Secondary Check point tests have been designed. These are conducted to assess the learner’s strengths and weaknesses in various subjects such as English, Mathematics. English as a second language, and Science.

The tests are evaluated by Cambridge and provide schools with an external yardstick for learner performance.

Cambridge lower secondary check point test are held twice a year in May and October.

Schools use the feedback from Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint to make calculated decisions, based on the information provided and specialist reporting tools that are built into the tests.

Various reports such as Lerner’s report, Teaching group report, School report and End of series report are issued. The end of series report gives the results of the whole group, from all schools worldwide, broken down by age and first language, so that schools can compare their own results with those of similar learners.
