Try these troubleshooting steps if avast is not opening on window 10.

Restart your computer-then check that you are using the latest version or not if not then download the latest version of avast antivirus-if you have installed any other security software then disable it for some time so that it doesn’t affect the avast. Try to install and uninstall avast.
