IB Math
IB programs are designed to provide students with a broad education in the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences. IB programs are offered by schools around the world and can be taken at any time during high school or college.
The International Baccalaureate is an international educational foundation that offers three levels of academic achievement:
- Primary Years Program (PYP)
- Middle Years Program (MYP)
- Diploma Programme (DP)
IB PYP (Primary Year Programme)
IB PYP is a curriculum that is designed to help students develop their skills in the areas of reading, writing, speaking, and listening. It also helps them learn how to use these skills in different contexts.
The IB PYP curriculum consists of three levels: Foundation (grades 1-3), Intermediate (grades 4-6), and Advanced (grades 7-12). The first two levels are made up of two years each, while the third level has one year.
IB MYP (Middle Year Programme)
The MYP provides a broad curriculum that includes literature, language acquisition, sciences, and math. The program is designed for students aged 11 to 16 years old and will prepare them for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.
After finishing the program, students are encouraged to take part in a Personal Project. This self-driven project allows students to develop their academic interests and engage with global issues by asking important questions.
IB DP (Diploma Programme)
The IB Diploma is a globally recognized qualification that is offered by the International Baccalaureate Organization. It is a two-year course that provides students with an education in six subject areas: English, mathematics, science, history, geography, and languages.
The IB Diploma course has been designed to provide students with a broad and balanced education. It also offers students the opportunity to develop skills in critical thinking and problem-solving. The IB pre-university course is designed for students aged 16 to 19 who have completed their compulsory education. The curriculum consists of six subject areas, which offer opportunities for young people with a variety of interests, aptitudes, and abilities.
